Die Attributionsforschung nimmt seit uber 30 Jahren breiten Raum vor allem in der britischen und US-amerikanischen Sozialpsychologie ein. Deshalb ist es erstaunlich, dass dabei bis heute die Untersuchung kognitiver Aspekte der Ursachenzuschreibung das Feld dominiert. Der Bedeutung von Attributionen in sozialen Interaktionen wurde jedoch nur vereinzelt Beachtung geschenkt. Die Arbeit schliesst diese Lucke durch die theoretische Aufarbeitung der Thematik und durch eine empirische Untersuchung im Bereich des personlichen Verkaufs, in der die Bedeutung von Attributionen in der Interaktion zwischen Verkaufer und Kunde beleuchtet wird. Die Ergebnisse tragen zum Verstandnis des Ablaufs solcher Interaktionen bei und stellen insofern einen grundlagentheoretischen sowie anwendungsbezogenen Fortschritt in der Attributionsforschung dar."
About the Author: Der Autor: Dietmar Puppendahl, geboren 1963, studierte Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit den Schwerpunkten Marketing und Marktforschung an der Universitat Koln. Promotion im Fach Wirtschafts- und Sozialpsychologie. Daneben Tatigkeit in der kaufmannischen Erwachsenenbildung, Erstellung von Seminarkonzepten fur ein Personalentwicklungsunternehmen sowie Konzeption und Durchfuhrung von Kundenzufriedenheitsuntersuchungen fur ein Unternehmen der Bildtechnikbranche. Seit 1996 in einer Unternehmensberatung tatig; Einsatzschwerpunkt ist die Unterstutzung der Auftraggeber beim Kundenbindungsmanagement."
