Cette étude a exploré l'ampleur de la faible notoriété de la marque et de la faible visibilité de l'organisation CONASU. L'accent a été mis sur le développement d'un mécanisme visant à améliorer la notoriété et la visibilité de la marque CONASU en Tanzanie. Pour ce faire, une méthodologie de recherche mixte a été utilisée: des données qualitatives et quantitatives ont été collectées et analysées, et les résultats de la recherche ont été présentés. Le chercheur a procédé à une analyse critique de la littérature guidée par des questions de recherche qui ont servi de base à la recherche sur le terrain. Le chercheur a utilisé des questionnaires et des entretiens pour collecter des données auprès des échantillons de recherche qui comprenaient des clients et des parties prenantes potentielles de la communauté, des institutions universitaires, des organisations à but non lucratif et des agences gouvernementales. Au total, 112 questionnaires et 33 participants aux entretiens ont été utilisés. Les résultats des questionnaires et des entretiens ont révélé que la CONASU ne dispose pas d'un mécanisme permettant d'améliorer la notoriété et la visibilité de la marque et que, par conséquent, elle souffre d'un manque de clients et de parties prenantes potentielles accédant à ses services.
