Valgerður PálmadóttirValgerður Pálmadóttir holds a PhD in History of Ideas from Umeå University. She is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Institute of History at the University of Iceland. Her research interests include the relationship between political activis and ideas about power, identities and liberation in a historical context, and the relationship between social movements and historical change.
