Kyle BassKyle Bass is the author of Salt City Blues; Tender Rain; and Citizen James: Or the Young Man Without a Country, about the young James Baldwin. He wrote the libretto for the opera Libba Cotton: Here This Day, commisioned by the Society for New Music, and co-authored the screenplay for the film Day of Days.
