About the Author:

John Lennon fut un chanteur, un compositeur, un militant pour la paix et les droits de l'homme, un auteur et un artiste. Il continue aujourd'hui d'ètre une source d'inspiration internationale. Né en 1940 à Liverpool, il connut ses premiers succès dans les années 1960 avec son groupe The Beatles, avant de se lancer dans une carrière solo pour laquelle il fut acclamé jusqu'à sa mort en 1980. Son mariage et sa collaboration avec l'artiste Yoko Ono fut l'un des éléments fondateurs de cet hymne à la paix qu'est Imagine.

Jean Jullien est un artiste français diplômé de la London's Central Saint Martin ainsi que du Royal College of Art. Ses créations vont de l'illustration à la photographie, en passant par la vidéo, le costume, l'installation artistique, l'édition, l'affiche et le stylisme, construisant ainsi une oeuvre éclectique et cohérente. Il a entre autre collaboré avec le Tate Museum, HVW8, le Wythe Hotel à Brooklyn, le musée national de Singapour, la Kemistry Gallery à Londres et le musée MIMA à Bruxelles. Il a également illustré pour Colette, Le New Yorker, National Geographic, l'UNICEF, Le Wall Street Journal, et mème les transports en commun de la ville de Londres. Originaire de France, Jean vit actuellement à Londres.

John Lennon is one of the biggest rock legends and the founder of the ever-successful band, The Beatles. He died on December 8th, 1980 in New York City.

Jean Jullien is a graphic designer who works in a wide range of media, including illustration, photography, video, installation, and clothing. Originally from France, he now lives in London.
