Vlad Neagoes Dichtung ist eine sehr seltsame aber glückliche Mischung von Haiku, automatischem Diktum, Inspiration und Metadichtung. Die Verse enthalten ihren eigenen Kommentar, als ob eine Hand das Bild schriebe und die andere die verborgene Bedeutung zwischen den Versen zwischen den Worten zugäbe. Aus Haiku nimmt Vlad Neagoe die Konstruktion des abgekürzten Bild über, mit der Linie in japanischem Prägen wo der Vogel in der Luft erstarrt, habend nur einen halben Flügel, der Berg am Horizont wie eine Wolke ohne Dichtigkeit diaphan ist und der Baum ein Bonsai eher ist. Obwohl äußerst logisch, diese Dichtung scheint herausgerissen aus dem Wasser des Unterbewußtseins wo nicht nur einen Traum sondern auch eine volle Metaphorik umgeschrieben sind alles in einer unzusammenhängenden, fragmentarischen Aussprache, und auch mit einer tadellosen Logik und mit einem prägnant epischen Charakter. Seine Sprache schwingt zwischen den Hofausdruck und die Alltagssprache in eine starke, ausdrucksvolle Ladung deren Ziel aus einer Wiedersemantisierung des Worts besteht. Berücksichtigend diese Aussagen, der Dichter konvergiert zu einem Ausdruck verbunden mit dem ethischen, existentiellen Prozeß, versuchend der Krise der Sprache, durch Wiederkehr zu den Ursprüngen widerzusprechen um die Wiedererlangung des Worts, die Klarheit, das Vermögen der Mitteilung der inneren, kosmischen und sozialen Schilderung zu erreichen, machend so ein wahres Paradigma des stilistischen Wechsels aus seinem Text. Die Schrift ist mit einem kräftigen philosophischen Inhalt imprägniert. Der Autor bringt die Recherche über Metadichtung zum Gipfel weil er eine Bedeutung der Existenz, des Lichtes, der Geschichte, des Problems des Bösen und des Leids, der Natur erkannte, proklamierend sich Dichter und Zeuge. In diesem Sinn, "Das Schweigen des höchsten Worts" ist ein Buch von Referenz. Diese sind Gedichte reich an der Metaphorik und dem Geist, überströmt mit einem hoch sensoriellen Bewußtsein, und mit einer starken Kraft des Rhythmus, mit der Musik und dem Wohlklingen in Sprache.
