Examensarbeit aus dem Jahr 2008 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Schulpädagogik, Note: 1,7, Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Das Schulgesetz des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen (erster Abschnitt, allgemeine Grundlagen) und Eugen Roth sind sich einig. Bewegung ist - oder macht - gesund! Bewegung war am Gymnasium bereits einmal Thema einer Lehrerkonferenz. Dieser Fokussierung folgte allerdings keine erkennbare Umsetzung im Unterricht der Kollegen. Diese Erfahrungen im Schulalltag und Impulsreferate im Studienseminar bildeten den Auslöser für das in dieser Arbeit vorgestellte Konzept zur Integration von Bewegungs- und Entspannungsübungen im Unterricht. Das Unterrichten an sich wird allenthalben als Belastung empfunden und das Vermitteln von Wissen als die Sysiphus-Arbeit des modernen Lehrers. Frei nach dem Motto: "Kaum begonnen so zerronnen." Referendaren wird zu Beginn der Ausbildung mit als erstes vermittelt, was einen guten Lehrer ausmacht. Da fallen Begriffe wie "Authentizität", "Konsequenz", "Vorbildfunktion", "fachliche Sicherheit", "methodisches Geschick"... Schon in den ersten Hospitationsstunden an den Schulen stellt man als Referendar fest, dass das schulische Bild gelegentlich eher von einer "freieren Interpretation" dieser hehren Ziele geprägt ist. Und man muss erfahren, dass Missstände ebenso oft gar nicht an fehlender Motivation oder Innovationsbereitschaft der Lehrer, sondern an externen Zwängen liegen. Lehrer sind nicht mehr einfach nur Lehrer. Sie sind Erzieher, Streitschlichter, Krisenmanager, Begleiter, Kokorrektor, Animateur, Dirigent, Dompteur, Langstreckenläufer, ... und Bauarbeiter in einem. Natürlich lassen sich solch fiktive Abläufe durch organisatorisches Geschick entzerren, aber was bleibt ist ein Wust an Aufgaben, die alle zu erfüllen sind. Dies bedeutet allzu oft nur Stress. Dann noch eine der "schlimmen" Klassen im Unterricht und ein weiterer Schritt in Richtung Burn-Out ist getan. Auch aufgrund eigener Erfahrunge
